Custom Research & Reporting

Portfolio Monitoring Services

Portfolio and manager monitoring tailored to each client's specific analytical and reporting requirements. From individual trading programs to multi-manager portfolios, Autumn Gold helps organize performance information and provides ongoing analytical context as new data becomes available.

Custom Portfolio Monitoring Services are being introduced. We welcome inquiries from firms interested in a monitoring arrangement tailored to their accounts, data sources, and reporting requirements. Daily data-entry and expanded reporting capabilities are being finalized; availability will be confirmed for each engagement.

Monitoring Designed Around Your Needs

There is no single monitoring package that fits every account or organization. The scope depends on the number of trading programs, the information available, the reporting frequency, and the level of analysis required. Services may be structured for family offices, institutions, brokerage firms, introducing brokers, investment managers, and other professional users.

Individual Manager & Program Monitoring

Follow selected trading programs through updated performance reports, changes in drawdowns, recovery patterns, risk measures, and the manager's historical performance context.

Multi-Manager Portfolio Recaps

Review consolidated portfolio performance, individual manager contributions, gains and losses, overall exposures, and portfolio-level changes over selected reporting periods. Customized alerts can be established when specified performance or risk measures reach predetermined thresholds. Reports can be prepared daily, weekly, monthly, or at customized intervals to meet each client's reporting requirements.

Margin, Exposure & Position Reviews

Where suitable account or position data is available, reporting can include margin usage, position-level information, exposure summaries, and agreed watch items or exception indicators.

Ongoing Risk & Relationship Analysis

Examine risk statistics, drawdown developments, manager relationships, and changes in correlations or diversification characteristics as new returns are reported.

Examples of Custom Reporting

  • Daily, weekly, monthly, or customized reporting intervals based on each client's needs and available data
  • Manager and portfolio gains/losses, contributions, and performance history
  • Cash, account value, margin, and exposure summaries when supported by source data
  • Position reviews and customized watch items when position data is supplied
  • Performance charts, drawdown/recovery context, and comparative analytics
  • Client-specific reporting formats and downloadable CSV data

Brokerage Data & Client Access

Accurate, ongoing monitoring begins with reliable account information. Autumn Gold will work with each client to establish the appropriate access to brokerage statements and other agreed reporting data.

Direct Brokerage Data, With Your Authorization

With your permission and the cooperation of your brokerage firm or firms, Autumn Gold can arrange to receive account statements and applicable reporting data directly from the source. This can reduce the time your team spends gathering and forwarding statements, leaving you free to focus on other priorities. The information received and frequency of delivery are agreed upon in advance.

Review Your Data & Retain Your Records

Authorized clients can log in to their Autumn Gold reporting area to review available monitoring information at their convenience. CSV downloads allow clients to maintain copies of their data in-house, independently of ongoing access to the service.

Flexible Data Entry Options

Clients can choose the level of data-entry support that best fits their staff and reporting requirements.

Autumn Gold-Managed Data Entry

Where arranged, Autumn Gold can collect or receive authorized brokerage statements and reporting information, then enter the agreed data into the monitoring system. This option reduces the administrative work required of your staff.

Client-Managed Data Entry

Clients with their own operations or research staff may enter and maintain their program and account data directly, using Autumn Gold's reporting and analytics tools to track results. This approach can substantially reduce ongoing service costs because the client handles data entry.

Data-entry permissions, training, validation responsibilities, and available input methods are defined during setup. Both options are subject to the agreed scope and data availability.

Brokerage data access is subject to your authorization, the firm's delivery capabilities, and agreed data-use arrangements. Autumn Gold does not require trading authority to provide reporting services. Dashboard content and CSV exports depend on the reporting scope and data available for each engagement.

Reporting reflects the information available. Not every account provides the same daily values, cash flows, margin figures, or position-level detail. Reporting frequency, data delivery, any required reconciliations, and responsibility for source-data verification are established before a service begins.

How an Engagement Is Structured

1. Define the Research Universe

Identify the accounts, programs, managers, and portfolios to follow. Monitoring five trading programs may require a substantially different setup than monitoring twenty.

2. Establish Reporting Requirements

Determine the information to track, source-data availability, who will enter and maintain the data, desired reporting intervals, watch items, and the level of customization or consolidation required.

3. Agree on Scope & Fees

Autumn Gold provides a proposal based on the number of programs, data sources, reporting frequency, required analytics, implementation, and ongoing service needs.

4. Review & Refine

Review the agreed reports and update the monitoring framework as managers, account structures, or research requirements change.

Custom Pricing Based on Scope

Portfolio Monitoring Services are individually quoted. A monthly recap for a small group of managers differs substantially from a daily, position-level monitoring arrangement covering multiple accounts. Pricing depends on the actual work, data complexity, reporting requirements, and whether Autumn Gold or the client handles data entry—not simply the size of the account. Client-managed data entry can offer a lower-cost arrangement.

Discuss Your Monitoring Requirements

Tell us what you would like to follow, how many programs or accounts are involved, and what information would be most useful. We can discuss whether a custom monitoring arrangement is appropriate.

Autumn Gold provides research, analysis, and reporting services, not trade execution or discretionary account management. Monitoring is not a guarantee of loss prevention or future performance. Position, margin, and account-value reporting depends on authorized data sources and agreed verification procedures. Trading futures and other alternative investments involves substantial risk of loss.
